Ilchi Lee's for-profit business is his privately-owned BR Consulting, Inc., in Sedona, Arizona. Through it and its subsidiaries, Mr. Lee develops and administers business and knowledge products related to Brain Education, holistic health, self-growth, and collaboration for peace for more than 50 clients around the world. He has guided its client, U-DAP in South Korea, to conduct Brain Education programs that have reached more than 1,000 corporations and government agencies and their 440,000 employees over the past decade.

Mr. Lee's first company was Dahn Yoga, otherwise known as Dahn World in Korea. It started with one 980-square foot Dahn Center in Seoul, but slowly grew in South Korea as more and more of his students wanted to teach what they learned. Since then, the number of centers teaching what has evolved into Brain Education has spread around the world to the United States, Canada, Japan, the United Kingdom, Germany, Brazil, Russia, South Africa, and Sweden. Today, over 1,000 Brain Education-based centers are operating.

In 2002, Ilchi Lee fully transferred the management and ownership rights of the centers to his students because he believes in experiential practice of Brain Education principles and techniques. Since then, he has focused on international peace efforts such as the Earth Citizen Movement and the activities of IBREA, as well as developing educational applications and providing consulting services through BR Consulting, Inc. He travels the world, constantly giving lectures, workshops, and individual consultations to help people and organizations reach their full potential.
