In her blog entry, the woman wrote that she “found just watching the video was calming.” She even wrote, “I was intrigued because I often move to music in a way that is improvisational.” She was already practicing Dahn Mu without knowing it.
Dahn Mu is one of the more special training methods that I teach. As when you do Brain Wave Vibration, when you practice Dahn Mu you are not following any prescribed movements. It is completely spontaneous. By deeply focusing on your body and its energy, and letting that energy take over your movement, you can experience true freedom of body and mind while opening your body to healing energy. You can create healthy brain waves as all tension in your body and mind dissipates. Then love and peace is uncovered in your heart. The barriers between you and others fall away, and you can truly feel as one with humankind and with the earth.
Practicing Dahn Mu also has physical benefits. You can work up a sweat and balance your autonomic nervous system. The movement improves your blood and energy circulation and makes you stronger. Your body and mind can become more flexible.
Even in her blog post title the woman noted that Dahn Mu could help a person reduce stress, enhance their creativity, and increase their energy level. As a lawyer interested in the practical applications of neuroscience, she saw that Dahn Mu is a helpful technique for overall well-being.
I love performing Dahn Mu because through the movement I am able to share the love I feel for all of humanity. If others can feel this through watching a video on the internet, and understand the benefits of Dahn Mu, there is hope that many people can spread their own love and find the health, happiness, and peace they deserve.
