Revised and Expanded Edition of Brain Wave Vibration Released
11/28/2009

Brain Wave Vibration New EditionBEST Life Media, the U.S. publisher of Brain Wave Vibration originator Ilchi Lee, released a revised and expanded edition of his Brain Wave Vibration: Getting Back into the Rhythm of a Happy, Healthy Life on November 13, 2009.

This second edition provides readers with a deeper discussion of the principles and theories that form the foundation of this amazingly effective min-body training system. In its forty-eight additional pages, Brain Wave Vibration also lists more stories from people who've had success with the practice.

A new Foreword by Elkhonon Goldberg, PhD, professor of neurology at the New York University School of Medicine, director of the East-West Science and Education Foundation, and author of The Executive Brain: Frontal Lobes and the Civilized Mind, also graces this edition. In his Foreword, Dr. Goldberg praises Brain Wave Vibration because "in our times of stress, strife, and uncertainty it conveys with great force a message of optimism, hope, and equanimity. It is written with simplicity, clarity, and depth." He feels that Ilchi Lee "is also able to integrate into a coherent narrative elements of diverse domains too often treated as separate:  neuroscience, cultural anthropology, the arts, and philosophy and ethics, to name a few. As a result, his book conveys a powerful message of cultural unity and universalism through a unique bridge between brain science and practical applications. The combination of scientific (including neuroscientific) and experiential foundations constitutes the approach espoused in the book and makes it attractive to the reader."

In revising the book that distills his philosophy and methods into their most basic forms, Ilchi Lee hoped to provide a deeper understanding of Brain Wave Vibration and the overall potential of the human brain from many perspectives. Its greater clarity and description may inspire the Brain Wave Vibration practice of many readers.

The new edition may be purchased now on the publisher's website, www.bestlifemedia.com. It will soon be available on Amazon.com and at a Dahn Yoga Center or bookstore near you. Booksellers can order copies from SCB Distributors through their website, or by calling (800) 729-6423.
