Philosophy

The philosophy that guides Ilchi Lee’s life and work encompasses his personal understanding of the brain, his insights into the nature of humanity, and his dedication to the earth. To Ilchi Lee, all three are one, as is everything. Mr. Lee arrived at this philosophy through is personal experience and reflection, as well as from a more powerful awakening after 21 days of ascetic practice atop Mount Moak in South Korea, which included fasting and sleep deprivation. He later discovered that his philosophy reflected the wisdom contained in a 9,000-year old sacred Asian text called the Chun Bu Kyung, and that of the traditional Korean Sun Do practice.
