I am on a cloud when I watch this!

A beautiful poem written by a human body that contains a great soul.... period.

It's amazing how uplifting it can be just to see another person moving. That's the magic of dahnmu. I don't always make it to that point, but during dahnmu I've experienced that sensation of my body disappearing and becoming movement itself, and it filled me with an ecstacy I can never forget. It's the same feeling I get when I do something truly selfless. I understand where the expression "floating on air" came from. These are moments that were really life-changing hallmarks for me, and I credit Ilchi Lee with guiding me to those experiences with my deepest gratitude.

ilchi lee is sooooooo cool! i wanna move like that. he has such a good sense of humor too. i love going to his programs. i wish i was there to see him do this live.

If you didn't know anything else about him and just saw this clip, if you really knew something about martial arts, you'd be really impressed. But knowing what this man has accomplished, I can't express in words how deeply moved I am. Dr.Lee sets an example I can only give all my effort to follow.

It is the message from a free soul.! Every one has to follow it. I have been doing this dance off and on since I took the capsule training by illchi lee in DC, with watching the clip could easily say I felt the love and peace he is trying to share.

When I watch this I feel tingling in my brain. I feel the lightness and clean circulation of energy that his hands spread. It is as if I am watching water flow gently down a stream. I see just energy moving and feel lighter inside because of it. Very beautiful!

Even through the computer I feel such inner peace and joy in my soul just watching IlChi Lee do Dahn Mu...beautiful!

Please don't ever take this Dahn Mu video clip away. It gives me such flow of energy from bak huey to yong chun from just watching. It also gives me confidence to keep trusting chunjikiun and my brain stem to produce my own Dahn Mu and not my cerebral cortex.

By watching this video I found that my feeling of energy or "Chun Ji Ki Un" is coming back. My sense is awakened just by watching the beauty go on like a stream through his movement. it is beatiful way to express the feeling of praising and gratitude in a calm manner yet with all love and passion for life and everithing in the universe.

Totally amazing. There's so much CJKW coming out of my computer monitor. If we could show this at the Super Bowl halftime show, all of america could recieve just a little bit of CJKW, and be a little better for it.

I could feel freedom and power....It seems gentle but powerful like water.

When I watch this video I recall memories of all the goodness and light I feel and have felt through dahn workshops but most of all all the energy I recieved at the Light Of Tao,being in Ilchi prescence, being in the highest prescence of light we all are trying to reach. When I watch this video I finally get the picture of how important it is to use our brain, our bodies for the greater good and then what can happen afterwards...which would be much healing, much love, much light, much calmness, more connection. Thank you Ilchi Lee. I love what you do. Though I am not a dahn healer, maybe not just yet, I am a healer and walk this path with you and others! I love you!

I just completed Shim Sung and the music that Master Lee used was the same one we used during Shim Sung. Such beautiful music made even more beautiful by Master Lee's Dahn Mu dance....

I found deep peace and profound joy in watching Ilchi Lee's beautiful expression of his soul. Truly we are all one, connected by the same energy that binds all living things together with the universe.

No words can describe how I feel watching this energy dance. Ilchi Lee has such tremendous energy and such a sense of music. It is beautiful to watch and inspires one to have the confidence to grow and achieve happiness and peace.

A message from a free soul. Everyone has to follow it. I met him in capsule training in DC and his lecture in GW university. The most I love about him is his simplicity and his detailed deep process of thought. His plain advises simply works ! He is a different human being than the rest of us, and certainly made a difference in many lives.

Did I like it???? And whom are we to be asked such a question. The question here should have been: How can you describe this heavenly Dan Mu-Do? And my answer is it’s beyond all words in all languages on this earth, we need here heavenly words to describe this floating dance played by this great Master.

This is so magnificant I felt like Il Chi Lee puts everything into action. His heart mind and great love of oneness. It goes on in my mind like a beautiful stream of wonder. It ends with an air of conviction in my heart that he is sincere. A man that anyone would aspire to be in becoming their own.

I watch this regularly. I find that it is very healing. If I feel happy sad or lonely I watch this video. I always feel the energy from this video is powerfully special. After my mind is refreshed.

It's so natural and graceful. I feel freedom and creativity. The more I practice Dahn Mu,the more I feel love to share with all humanity.
