The Boys & Girls Clubs of Northern Arizona held one of its most successful Sedona Taste events, June 8, 2008, at the creek side at Los Abrigados Resort & Spa. A crowd of 600 enjoyed cuisine and wines from 43 Sedona establishments.

ForeWord Magazine reviews independently published books, and is read primarily by booksellers and especially librarians around the United States.
On June 7, 2008, Ilchi Lee and Jessie Jones, Ph.D. gave a public lecture about their book, In Full Bloom: A Brain Education Guide for Successful Aging at the University of Southern California’s Bovard Auditorium.
