Week 5 continues with an exercise in brain refreshing and introduces brain integrating, a method that reunites the diverse processing centers of the brain; revives dormant connections between thought, emotion, and reasoning; and helps you discover your true self. The goal of this method is to fully integrate your thoughts and emotions and to bring out your whole true personality—a healthy body, enriched emotions, and blooming creativity. Building on your earlier BEST work, this is a very self-reflective week, asking you to be completely honest with yourself.

Your daily workout should be 50 minutes and include the following exercises:
- Jangsaeng Walking (30 minutes)
- Bounce ‘n’ Sweep (10 to 20 repetitions)
- Shoulder Rotations (6 forward rotations, 6 reverse rotations)
- Reach-Ups (Three repetitions for each side of the body)
- Triangle Circle
- Triumphant Tree
- Facial Release (3 repetitions)
- Lying Vibration
- Toe Tapping (100 repetitions)
- Up-the-Wall Energizer

Toe Tapping (Release emotional tension from the body)
1 Lie on your back with your feet and legs together.
Place your hands on the floor with your palms on the ground.
2. Flex your feet back and keep your heels close together.
3. Tap your big toes together, then open your feet so that your little toes tap the floor. Repeat as rapidly as you can.
4. Start with 100 repetitions and gradually increase the number with practice.

Up-the-Wall Energizer
1. Lie on your back with you buttocks close to the wall and your legs elevated and resting against the wall.
2. Place your hands on your abdomen.
3. Stretch and straighten both legs as much as you can.
4. Flex your feet and push out your heels.
5. Keep your head on the floor and your lower back as close to the floor as possible. Breathe deeply into your abdomen.
