A habit of good breathing can prevent much unhappiness. If you become emotionally upset, do not try to analyze your situation by thinking. Instead breathe. Just focus on your breathing.

No wonder they say, "your spirit is in your breath." One of my teachers taught me a word once, only just one word (along with many others) that changed my life: "EXHALE".

So many times I will catch myself holding my breath. I pause . . . breathe . . . be in the moment . . . I always feel better and more at peace . . . How can one go wrong? Breathe! :-)

Many times in a day I feel fear or danger. I will do my best to focus on my breathing. Thank you for the inspiration.
