No wonder they say, "your spirit is in your breath." One of my teachers taught me a word once, only just one word (along with many others) that changed my life: "EXHALE". smilies/wink.gif

So many times I will catch myself holding my breath. I pause . . . breathe . . . be in the moment . . . I always feel better and more at peace . . . How can one go wrong? Breathe! :-)

Many times in a day I feel fear or danger. I will do my best to focus on my breathing. Thank you for the inspiration.
