Ilchi Lee's lecture on Brain Management Education took place to an audience of 1,000 in Daejon City, South Korea, November 7, 2007. The lecture was sponsored by the International Brain Education Association and Kook Hak Won (Traditional Cultural Studies Institute), which inivited Ilchi Lee to speak.

Just as the computer has an operating system, the Brain has its own Brain Operating System. Just as all instruments and software have a user's manual, so too do we need a manual for our brain. If human beings have a good manual for the brain, we can more effectively utilize our brain for the purposes of health, happiness and peace—for individuals, groups and the world.
