Brain Wave Vibration Book Goes to Frankfurt Print E-mail

The International Book Fair at Frankfurt, Germany is the largest and one of the most important book fairs in the world. Book industry professionals from all over attend the grand event to conduct business and discover what’s new. This year the book Brain Wave Vibration: Getting Back into the Rhythm of a Happy, Healthy Life by Ilchi Lee, and several other BEST Life Media titles, were in attendance.

It joined over 17,500 other titles in 52 languages from 78 countries being introduced by more than 15,000 publishing and media professionals. These professionals were able to participate in 2,692 events before, during, and after the Frankfurt Book Fair including lectures, press conferences, and authors' readings.

The importance of this fair also rests on its long history, dating back to the 15th century when Johannes Gutenberg first invented moveable type just a few miles down the road from Frankfurt. After several hundred years’ hiatus, the Frankfurt Book Fair returned to the global scene in 1949 and has continued strong for the past 60 years. It boasts being the "hallmark for global activities in the field of culture."

Escorted by foreign rights agent Nigel Yorworth, Brain Wave Vibration sought interest from foreign publishers with the hope of signing contracts by the end of this year for translation into ten other languages. Brain Wave Vibration came home with 21 publishers interested in making a deal.
