Ilchi Lee’s new book, Brain Wave Vibration, was published by Han Mun Hwa in South Korea on February 27, 2008. An English edition is due out in late May.
Brain Wave Vibration (BWV) is an easy yet powerful method to help a person better utilize his or her brain. Lee contends, “To know one’s brain is to know oneself and the principle of the universe.” The principle of the method is very simple: It stops unnecessary thoughts by repeating simple and regular rhythmic movement of the head.
to become the master of one’s brain, stopping distracting thoughts through BWV is an essential step. Complicated and drifting thoughts have a substantial effect on brain wave patterns, and Lee links this to the way in which people can become driven by emotions. While being immersed in the rhythm of BWV training, one’s consciousness will move from the world of thought to the world of feeling. This means complicated brain waves have been integrated and normalized.
According to Lee, BWV corrects any imbalance in the brain and body, and enhances the brain’s functioning, having a constructive effect on imbalanced brain waves. When a brain integrates through BWV, it creates balance, and progress is made regarding issues of health and consciousness. The central message of his book is that “you can change your emotional state by controlling your brain waves through vibrational exercises.”
Lee explains how naturally brain functions such as focus, intuitiveness, keen insight and creativeness are enhanced. This is why he says that he founded the University of Brain Education. As he expressed it, “If you meet your brain through BWV, you will experience pleasant miracles.” He affirms, “Everybody can become the master of his or her brain by utilizing BWV.”
