The main contribution cited in the proclamation is how Lee’s Brain Education system and his new Brain Wave Vibration (BWV) method have improved the quality of life of many Honolulu citizens during the past 15 years. Currently, over 1,000 Honolulu citizens are learning Brain Education at six senior community centers, Queens Medical Center and Aiea Community School.
At the second event, May 31, Lee spoke on Brain Wave Vibration at a public lecture in the Honolulu City Hall. The event opened with a traditional Hawaiian blessing called an Oli, powerful and touching, enabling the more than 200 people in the audience to feel more energy coming into the auditorium.
Lee led the participants in experiencing BWV, and emphasized that BWV is the best way to wake up the right brain, leading to brain mastery. The audience was thrilled as Lee guided them through an expressive dance, or Dahn Mu, to the song “Reflections of Passion” by the musician Yanni. ![]() Dahn Center regional manager Ahn with Ilchi Lee At the third event, Lee shared the principles of Chun Hwa (spiritual completion) to 66 Dahn Center members at a special BWV training.
