 Ilchi Lee at Dalian Universtiy To an audience of 500 professors and students at Dalian University (大连大学), Dalian City, China, Ilchi Lee gave a lecture entitled "Brain Education for Self-Development and World Peace," November 16, 2007.
Before presenting his lecture, Ilchi Lee held discussions with President Gao Dabin (高大彬) and other administrators to discover the current status of the Chinese social system and college sudents' life.
When Ilchi Lee pointed out in his lecture the importance of China to Asia and the world, the audience responded with enthusiastic applause. He asserted that China can take the lead in Asia and the world regarding contributing to peace through self development and the recovery of humanity, as well as through strong economic growth.
 Ilchi Lee giving a lecture about the purpose of Brain Education Throughout the two-hour long lecture, students listened to Ilchi Lee’s topics regarding the brain, which they had never before thought of in a systematic way. He explained the brain’s three-layer system their functions of each layer. He stated that the purpose of Brain Education is to help people live a healthier, happier and more peaceful life. This is achieved by making one’s brain waves normal and pure. He emphasized that when we control our brain waves, we can produce positive hormones and neurotransmitters, thus becoming the master of our brain and life.
 Students listening to Ilchi Lee's lecture Ilchi Lee mentioned three ways to assure that the brain waves enter a normal and pure state—music, action and information. He played specific musical pieces to make the brain feel comfortable. He led the audience in a Brain Wave Vibration Training session.
 Students experiencing Brain Wave Vibration Training Through Brain Education, Ilchi Lee pointed out that students can demonstrate their creativity just like Bill Gates has done, and thus they can become a world-famous and rich person. Students can become leaders by developing their Brain Operating System (BOS), which creates health, happiness and peace for themselves and society. He wished that Dalian University would become China’s first university to study and teach Brain Education.
