Traditional Cultural Studies Institute (Kook Hak Won), Daegu Region in South Korea, asked Ilchi Lee to speak on Brain Management Education to the Daegu Brain City with Traditional Cultural Studies Instructors Gathering, at Daegu EXCO Convention Hall, November 10, 2007.
Last year, Traditional Cultural Studies Institute Daegu Region hosted the gathering under the title of Declaring the Daegu Brain City.
 Ilchi Lee is giving a lecture at Daegu, South Korea The celebration ceremony began with performances by children doing the DahnMuDo healing martial art and traditional Korean dances. Next, Ilchi Lee presented his lecture on Brain Management Education. He emphasized that the 21st century is the era of the brain, and the use of a BOS (Brain Operating System) is necessary to apply the brain most effectively, similar to a computer needing an OS. After the lecture, he led the participants and opportunity in experiencing Brain Wave Vibration Training and Jangsaeng (Longevity) Walking.
