Our lives are a gift to us. We have important rights and responsibilities in regard to this gift because we must choose how we use and live our lives.
By being aware of each moment, we can realize that every moment is an opportunity for a new beginning. This moment stands alone as a fresh moment without constraints. But we let memories and habits of the past, or fear and anticipation of the future, affect our consciousness. Our focus wavers and the opportunity is gone.
If you truly want change, then you must open your mind to see that you have a chance in every moment to choose a new beginning and to act, guided by the divinity of this purest moment and unsullied by the past or the future. When you focus on now, you can start a new life--the one you really want to live.
