Imagination is the source of creation.
Where would humanity be without the ability to imagine? What kind of future would lie ahead of us, were we unable to imagine our next creation? Imagination is the well from which springs every hope, dream, and aspiration of mankind. Without it we are no different from machines.
Try to remember an instance in your life when you successfully turned your dream into reality. How was your mind at that time? Were you able to achieve your goal while trapped by fear, worry, or anger? Much more likely you were in a state of peace, elation, or contentment. This is because we cannot imagine two emotionally conflicting things simultaneously. That’s why it is difficult to imagine love when we are caught up in anger; and why it’s hard to envision success when we are consumed by worry.
Your brain is the root of your consciousness. Whatever life you have created until now is simply a reflection of the way you have used your brain. However, if you wish to reclaim your power of creation, do not get stuck in blaming yourself or anyone else around you.
From this moment on, acknowledge yourself, your imagination as the source of all that has occurred in your life – whether positive or negative. Then, dare yourself to imagine the most joyous, passionate, and blissful life that you can – and even before it has come to be, allow your brain to bask in the glow of its accomplishment. From that place inside you, nothing you desire is impossible. You will surprise yourself with the limitless creative potential within your own imagination.
