Sometimes the simplest exercises are the most effective to keep us healthy. I'd like to introduce you to two approaches to good health that are more effective than any others.

One is laughter; the other is walking. Both can powerfully affect your brain to produce endorphins, leaving you with a sense of happiness and peace. This lecture will guide you through a simple laughter exercise and detailed steps for Jangsaeng Walking.

Very good! I understand JS walking a whole lot more, and yes, I love to do handstand walking for 5 mins before lunch!

I never thought of five minutes being so important. Everybody has 5 min to do nothing well lets get health. 5 min smilies/cheesy.gif laughing in the car or walking to and from our cars, around your house. If it is that easy, I am going to try it!

Simple and to the point.....I like the idea of taking 5-minute breaks and doing something good for myself during that time, instead of just winding down.
