This is such a great video. I'm going to share it with some friends at work. I have seen so many positive results from brain wave vibration -- (like better concentration, relaxation, and being able to sleep better at night) -- I want to share the marvelous techniques with many, many others. Thank you so much.

I love the brain wave vibration. Every time when I finished the exercise, I feel like a whole new person with Water up Fire down phenomena (a good health state). Amazingly, during the exercise, the vibration goes to where my body part needs to be fixed and stay there for a little while--my neck and upper shoulders, left and right wrists, my upper back, lower back, hip joints especially right hip joints, left knee, right angle and sometime my intestine follow the rhythm of the song and start dancing too. It felt like all my joints has been given a good lubricant and a marvellous maintain work out. It correct my skeletal posture and release tension in my muscle. Thank you, Grand master Ilchi Lee who developed this great self healing power and done it in a very natural way. And yet every body can done it in anywhere, anytime.

Any doubts about changing my brainwaves and changing my life were put to rest with viewing this video of Ken Wilber. I am a beginner at meditating. I am inspired to go deeper.
