Whether you are participating in the 21-Day Miracle project to change habits, or are simply seeking like-minded individuals, this is the place! Browse the categories to see if there is a group that is likely to be supportive of your goals. If you don't find a good match, make your own group and invite others! To see a video showing how to join a group, click here.

Step 2 In the Group Activities section, click on Group Bulletin. This is where you can read other people's bulletins to the group members (click on them in the list), and write comments in reply. You can also write your own bulletin.
Step 3 Enter a group name, and something about the group if you want. Choose the appropriate category, and decide if the group will be open, by approval, or by invitation only. To personalize things, you can upload a small picture for the group listing. Click on Submit.

In a nature, a diamond is the hardest known substance. Through intense pressure & heat, simple carbon is transformed into a precious diamond. Throught the world, a diamond is the symbol of purity, clarity, strength , and is of great value. The diamond also is symbolic of the journey our souls make when we are reaching for higher understanding. Through intense dahn mu do practice, we transform our mind , body, and spirit into a pure hard diamond. The goal for mankind is to walk a path on which our souls will shine and sparkle as brightly as a diamond. it is for the reason the arizona dahn mu do demonstratiion team has chosen the diamond as our symbol.
