Communicate with Your Group

Once you have joined or created a group, you can communicate with other group members.

Step 1 Click on the group name. This will take you to the main page for your group. Below the group information you will see sections for Newest Members and Latest Bulletin. On the right you will see sections for Group Manager and Group Activities (and Managers Tasks if you created the group).

Step 2 In the Group Activities section, click on Group Bulletin. This is where you can read other people's bulletins to the group members (click on them in the list), and write comments in reply. You can also write your own bulletin.

Create a New Group

Step 1 Log in to your account, or register if you haven't already.

Step 2 Click on the Create your OWN Group! link here or below.

Step 3 Enter a group name, and something about the group if you want. Choose the appropriate category, and decide if the group will be open, by approval, or by invitation only. To personalize things, you can upload a small picture for the group listing. Click on Submit.

Growth = Life

Dear Harbor Steps 21-Day M members,

Congratulations on completing another 21-day cycle and for creating healthy habits for a more fulfilling life! Your dedication and enthusiasm for your 21-day practice is wonderful to watch.

Sometimes we get frustrated because we haven’t created the life we want for ourselves. We get tired, confused, impatient, and feel a sense of loss and hope. It is so important to keep a positive thought and have hope. We CAN be what we want to be…we CAN progress…and we are DOING it. NOW.

And, if you look back from when you first started the 21-Day Miracle course up until the present I’m sure you can feel the positive changes within yourself. You see yourself with greater self awareness.

Growth = Life.

Want to make more miracles in your life? Do you want health, happiness and peace? Want to participate for 21 days again?

I encourage you to change 1 or 2 items of your action plan….stir up your routine a little bit.   Be bold and daring. 21 days is not that long. Really!

The bulletin board is getting very lonely these days. Want to share how much you’ve grown? We all need inspiration…words of encouragement that bring a smile to our faces and make us feel bright and happy.

Wishing you all HSP and the hope to realize your dreams!

Love,

Jane F.
