April Showers bring May Flowers….
Happy May Day everyone!
When I was a little girl we had a special celebration for May Day in the small farming community where I grew up. We created little cups of treats for our friends. We used Dixie Riddle cups for the container and pipe cleaners for the handle. We filled them with homemade popcorn, fruit candies and little chocolates. Then we’d sneak up to our buddy’s house, knock on the front door—and run! Then there would be a great pursuit…the recipient chased the giver down and gave them a kiss. It was all such good fun!
The joy of our best moments of childhood still lives in each of us. Can you feel the youthful energy rising up inside of you?
Today, May 1st, is a new beginning: a fresh 21-day cycle for renewal. What will you choose to create this time?
This particular cycle is very precious because many members are choosing to participate in the 21-day Yong Ki Tong. It means: Yong (Spirit), Ki (Energy), Tong (Connect).
Today was our first of many 5:15 a.m. gatherings. The enthusiasm and sincerity for the training (and the start of a new 21-day cycle) was enormous!
Members who are online: please make a strong commitment to yourself and post your goal and action plan. As Master Soo says, it can change throughout the course of this 21-day period.
Wishing you all the best with your training. May we all create new habits and new found joy! (I post my plan below…)
Love,
