- Reported open BESA classes at the center both days last weekend that they plan to repeat every couple of months or so. One good idea they had was charging around $20 next time and then including In Full Bloom with the seminar so that people at least take home something and can use the coupon in the back to try class or intro session.
- Children’s classes now going strong there: older kids, younger kids, and teenagers. Jan hn is going to BEL because she wants to teach the really young ones—3 ½ or so—now that they advertise for kids classes they get a lot of requests for that age group.
- Alyse teaches at Mahwah Senior Center on Saturdays—Dahn Yoga and BE.
- Will HN in Layfield center teaches yoga and stretching for people with special needs in Ridgefield, NJ.
Jeff Adler (Wyckoff Center)
- Outreach with senior citizens every Monday—outreach members brought family members
Total outreach currently reported for NJ (really Wyckoff center) = 3

Kimberly—says Aloha to everyone from Hawaii!
- Take In Full Bloom to exhibitions or fairs almost every weekend. It is starting to take off. Trying to inspire people—give a book to a friend.
- Lucky nim has a BE class at the center
- Last weekend both centers had an open house
- Lots and lots of outreach—video team went to film about it—biggest is Hyang and Wally Suk healer nims teaching 300 students, especially seniors, at a recreation center—takes all of their time (retired). One healer works at a hospice and is trying to start outreach there
- Will have Ilchi Lee Day there on May 30th.
Total outreach currently reported for HI = too many to report casually on phone
OR:
Toni Graves msn
- Had 2 Dahn Foundation outreach trainings there this year—16 people total attended, including herself—included some YEHA who want to start BnB.
- One person wants to start a class for kids at a local children’s hospital.
- Was suggested to shadow someone first to gain confidence and help
- Started an online group of the people who took the training to encourage each other and report on activities and contacts.
- Current outreach: 2 at senior centers, Toni teaches one and is taking someone with her now to learn (she also has a BBC open). Have opportunity to teach at 6 more but don’t have the people because they need to do it during the normal work hours.
- In Full Bloom —have been selling at expos and health fairs, used it as a backdrop there—take them to senior centers for them to look at and some people have purchased them.
Total outreach currently reported for OR = at least 2

- Village of Arlington Heights as well as Palatine, IL have declared Ilchi Lee days for June (13th and 14th). Mayors will open the events on those days that will include demonstrations of Chun Bu Shim Gong.
- Ilchi Lee Lecture—a lot of preparation—reaching out to VIPs, invitations to people in government and letters to key individuals members have personal contact with—planning the flow of book signing—sent email to all members, advertise at local businesses, ad in small local newspapers, headquarters to put ad in Chicago Tribune, In Full Bloom is a separate sale item.
NY:
Harmony MSN
- Told me NY, NJ, BR centers have combined into one region focusing on BE Conference at the UN in June and then later Ilchi Lee’s lecture in August.
- NY lecture will have a separate room for book signing. She says the space they found at New York University can fit 1000 people.
