Communicate with Your Group

Once you have joined or created a group, you can communicate with other group members.

Step 1 Click on the group name. This will take you to the main page for your group. Below the group information you will see sections for Newest Members and Latest Bulletin. On the right you will see sections for Group Manager and Group Activities (and Managers Tasks if you created the group).

Step 2 In the Group Activities section, click on Group Bulletin. This is where you can read other people's bulletins to the group members (click on them in the list), and write comments in reply. You can also write your own bulletin.

Create a New Group

Step 1 Log in to your account, or register if you haven't already.

Step 2 Click on the Create your OWN Group! link here or below.

Step 3 Enter a group name, and something about the group if you want. Choose the appropriate category, and decide if the group will be open, by approval, or by invitation only. To personalize things, you can upload a small picture for the group listing. Click on Submit.

My soul needs training to grow

I devoted less energy to my second 21-day program, planning just to stick to my original goal of taking all my vitamins and medications on time every day.  My new system keeps working well so long as my daily routine is normal.  When something changes in my routine, then I find myself skipping some doses.  I have a record of this because at the end of the day my little plastic baggie still has pills in it.

I have had much non-routine stuff happening in the past few weeks, including moving my apartment, many meetings with lawyers, medical appointments, and appointments with vendors to fix problems in the new (but very old) apartment. Plus the usual stresses at my full-time job.  These were obstacles to my personal training efforts and my soul has been hurting as a result with many painful depressive episodes.  These episodes have been more painful, according to my center master, because of all of the growth I have experienced.  The higher your level of growth, the deeper you might fall.

This growth is so important to me and my own development that I must focus my 3rd 21-day program on maintaining and improving my own personal training program.    I have a vision to heal others and the need is urgent and great.  There is no time to lose.  My soul needs training to grow and reach my vision.  I am grateful for this program and for all of you who have joined this group!

Love, Cindy
