Different words but same concepts as Dahn. It really explains how to find your true self and what that means for the world we live in. Everyone who read this book should then take Shim Sung to see what it feels like to touch your true self. There are many paths that lead up the mountain but we are all going to the same place. I too share a deep concern for Mother Earth (Margo) as well as humanity that shares Mother Earth, and I do 103 bows every night, offering 100 for the master, 1 for heaven, 1 for earth and 1 for humanity; that we all reawaken our true enlightened selfs to the need to rejuvenate what the master of the cosmos so purely created. We both spotted it out in a Best Buy store. I picked it up last night and started to read it. I suddenly felt my heart and my mind expand. I thought truly this book is yet another book written by a person who shares similiar teachings of dahn yoga as David Hawkins book "Power vs Force" which is at the center as well. What I realize is that it is one thing to read a book and understand it. It is another thing to practice it. Since I have joined dahn yoga I know it is my practice and it is nice to see how others or others may want to complement the practice with their ideas and action as we all move to a greater conscious level appreciating and understanding what the world has to offer. It is right under our nose, and our fingertips. It is nice to see other teachers, and students vibrating higher and together. Eventually we will come to deeper practice, deeper meaning and a great understanding of our world. Thank you Ilchi Lee for putting me on that path as I use my power brain and my body to come to a spiritual practice and begin to bring peace to myself and others!
