35 YR CLASS REUNION...IT WAS A BLAST!

Posted by dlinnehan in Untagged

I made it!  Although I didn't lose the 15lbs I would have like to, I still loved myself and had so much fun at my 35-yr high school class reunion this past weekend.  Dahn Yoga is still with me every day since joining in May 2005 and I share with others how great it makes you feel to truly 'find yourself' as I did at Shim Sung training...IT WAS AN AWAKENING!  I recently hadsome issues with my cervical area of my spine and doctors want me to go to physical therapy...I do know that when I was 'consistent' in my daily routine of Dahn Yoga, I did not have the issues!... So, I am committing myself to perform DAILY my stretching, breathing and Dahn-jon exercises so that I strength my spine.  I still hope that the Champions Center will begin the early morning classes again so I can attend.  See you all soon... Hello there,

My 21-day training...is still shakey, but i've been much better than the last. and I plan to get better and better.

Soon I will be going to Tao Holistic Healing training in Sedona and I pray that it will help me greatly with my strong habits and emotions. I've been more peaceful these days, but the focus comes and goes very fast.

I've been enjoying my growth more too, which is the best and most important part. If it's not fun what's the point. The hard parts can be fun too or at least funny stories later.

 Right?

Love, Lolita HN.

Meditation...and all the Ohm, ohm, ohmmmmsss!

The last two days i've eaten a little more for my last meal than I wish I had. One problem was going to the county fair and when it came to dinner time, there was a lack of healthy eats. The other problem was having to eat today on the run. Fortunately, besides these two issues, i've still managed to eat smaller portions for the rest of the day. The next big step I want to continueworking on besides eating and stretching is the meditation time in my life. I have started a new book on meditation as medicine that focuses on using your natural healing force. It all coincides with the ideas in  Dahn Yoga, and is helping provide even more in depth practices to increasing my meditative actions. I want to continue to practice Ji Gam training, as well as other forms of meditation throughout my day, not only in the search for relaxation, but in the search for a deeper understanding in all things.

Running for life

I did 30min jogging the past two days in the morning and it's really one of my favorite things to do. Because I just focus on doing one thing and get to release a lot of stagnant energy.

We have also been doing paper boy style Hong Bo/ Advertising at the center. We call it Fly Fishing. It is so very fun. We roll up a center brochure along with a special workshop ortour brochure, to add some weight, and then one of us drives and the other flings them out the window at driveways. With good energy. And it feels especially rewarding when it lands right next to their newspaper. We made two new members within a couple hours today and 4 appointments including the two that signed up so I think it's working!

Beautiful soul searching.

I am still struggeling with procrastination...
But getting better.

Practicing Dahn MuDo and BWV more. And feeling really good from it. I have more and more hope and courage each day. And some days of course I really have to pull through the myung hyun.

 All in positive light.
Love, Lolita HN
