I am so excited to be able to share the principles with my community through BBC. Many people are calling or stopping in to see what it's all about. I feel like I am giving some of them hope. Each day I set a goal for scheduling energy check ups and how many new members I will make. When I focus on the goals, I always achieve them. When I get distracted and focus on other things, I miss my goal. It is much more difficult to be here alone, accomplish everything that needs to be accomplished and focus fully on my goals for each day. That is my training now.....I know I can use CJKU to bring people in to my center, but now I must learn to focus on that all of the time, not just when I don't have anything else going on. 

 I did strong DMD training last night to focus my CJKU connection and I feel much more connected today. CJKU is sending me people off the street so I can share with them. It's so exciting.

I'm a chunwa butterfly now - just join the group. It's labor day and I don't have to go to work -how ironic. Today I'm focusing on my goals. To be strong, confident, and creative in working toward the opening of my own BBC.

Good start

On Saturday, I attended Ilchi Lee's seminar on Brain Wave Vibration.  Clift and I vibrated for ten minutes  Sunday.  On Monday, I attended my first group class and I hope to attend another one this evening.  I started my Quick Weight Loss Center diet on the same day that I signed up for yoga and that, too, is going very well.

Today, I signed up for a 3 month membership at the River Oaks location.  I received my initial consultation, my books, and uniform.  My lower back hurt from lying flat on the floor but I feel more relaxed.  The instructor kneaded my tight abdomen.  My shoulders are also very tight.  We did the finger exercise, balancing on one foot in the prayer position, and lying on yourback with your legs and ankles bent in the air.

Breakfast:  woke up starving, a good thing.  had a bowl of wheat cereal with a banana and fat free milk

Lunch:  had 1/2 a burger with cheese, bbq sauce and small amount of chips

Dinner:  supper club at Amy's

Breakfast:  coffee with milk, skipped lunch.  was busy.  cooked burgers for 7 friends and had a glass of wine, a few chips, one burger with 1/2 bun, cheese, bbq sauce and fries, and brownie for dessert

Results & Goals from 8/19/08

Past week I made 9 new members, goal was 10.  I also completed my DMD homework, bowing, and BWV each day. I officially opened the BBC and held an open house hosting 2 open classes.

For the coming week I will complete morning bow/BWV training each day, complete my DMD homework, host 1 open class and begin senior off-site class.

Breakfast:  coffee with 1/2 and 1/2

Mid morning:  fat free Greek yogurt with honey

Lunch:  Small turkey sandwich with a few potato chips

Dinner:  spaghetti & Meatballs, large portion

dessert:  medium piece of apple crips
