Let's get this FIFTY-three started! I have been walking 1-2 miles every morning at work as I get here at 5:30am. DAHN YOGA has made such a difference in my life and I will continue to share the wonderful feeling of 'Finding Your True Self' with others as well as continue to practice the rest of my life!

35 YR CLASS REUNION...IT WAS A BLAST!

Posted by dlinnehan in Untagged

I made it!  Although I didn't lose the 15lbs I would have like to, I still loved myself and had so much fun at my 35-yr high school class reunion this past weekend.  Dahn Yoga is still with me every day since joining in May 2005 and I share with others how great it makes you feel to truly 'find yourself' as I did at Shim Sung training...IT WAS AN AWAKENING!  I recently hadsome issues with my cervical area of my spine and doctors want me to go to physical therapy...I do know that when I was 'consistent' in my daily routine of Dahn Yoga, I did not have the issues!... So, I am committing myself to perform DAILY my stretching, breathing and Dahn-jon exercises so that I strength my spine.  I still hope that the Champions Center will begin the early morning classes again so I can attend.  See you all soon... Let's Get Started...again!

Posted by dlinnehan in Untagged

I am on a life change to get healthy!  My mother and sisters suffer from RA and so far I haven't experienced any of the symptoms... I do believe my DAHN Yoga has helped me in keeping 'aging' at bay!  I am focused on keeping active and mobile as much as possible.  I have a 35 year reunion to attend in August and will make this a 'goal-achieving' effort to lose 15 pounds by then.  I have also committed to walking in the January 2009 Aramco Half Marathon...MY FIRST AT 53! so I walk each morning 2 miles and then practice my DAHN yoga as cool-down.  There was something years ago in the saying at a local radio station in "KEEP ON MOVING"!
