To create the life you want and treat it as your greatest masterpiece is the ultimate use of the human brain. We often think about our brain in terms of its cognitive processing powers such as for reading and math. However, the brain guides all our activities–from breathing and muscle movement to sensations and emotions. It is the origin of all our behavior and experience, regardless of national, ethnic, and cultural distinctions. With greater awareness and sensitivity of the mind-body connection, Brain Education can help us to make choices which improve our circumstances and contribute to the greater good of all.
Brain Education: Five Steps Toward an Awakened Brain
Step 1: Brain Sensitizing (The Sensitized Brain): Opening the Meridians to create clarity and vision spaceBy increasing sensitivity within body and brain, both flow and volume of blood and Ki is enhanced in its supply to the brain increasing the mind’s vista of what can be possible. Result: Improved oxygen and energy within the body which in turn creates an energy driven connection between body and brain, providing strength and enhanced ability to remain the present. We live within the circular flow of body/brain energy.
Step 2: Brain Versatilizing (The Flexible Brain): Develop flexibility in body and awaken the multifaceted brainAt this stage, practitioners develop flexibility in body and mind through a disciplined process of paired physical and mental exercise. Result: Participants become physically malleable and consciously open to letting go of preconceived ideas. We move into a vast field of possibilities by “thinking outside the box.” This step relies and builds upon the fluidity and flexibility of the brain’s activation patterns.
Step 3: Brain Refreshing (The Refreshed Brain): Inspiration practiced as inhalation and exhalationAt this stage, awakening the brain is about three skills: emotional awareness, “emotional memory” purging, and the transformation of bad habits. Practitioners become acutely aware of the influence of stored preconceived thoughts and emotions on the quality of their lives. When we examine our emotional information in brain and body at deeper levels of consciousness, we neutralize oppressive information, making room for new positive information. This is known as informational breathing. By learning to release memories and ideas that are no longer useful, we are able to face any situation with a clear, fresh and empowered self.
Step 4: Brain Integrating (The Integrated Brain): The process of functionally using the whole brainThis step integrates the different functional areas of the brain to release undiscovered capabilities or skills. This allows participants to move toward balanced brain function. Feelings, emotions, and thought processes begin working harmoniously promoting good judgment.
Step 5: Brain Mastering: Building and refining By applying and re-applying the first four steps of Brain Education toward specific concrete goals, practitioners develop executive control over their brains, resulting in a process of continuous personal and quality-of-life improvement. They develop and enhance the power of choice and purpose to become conscious authors of their lives. Brain mastery focuses on cultivating clarity of intention paired with solid action.
Brain Wave Vibration
Brain Wave Vibration is the most basic yet quintessential Brain Education method that encompasses all five steps. Through rhythmic movement and focused attention, it helps you manage stress, rediscover your physical vitality, and enhance your creativity. From Brain Mastering to Brain Management: Using the Brain Operation System (BOS)

Anything is possible, as long as negative thoughts and emotions don’t interfere.” - Ilchi Lee, Brain Wave Vibration Brain Management is a term coined by Ilchi Lee to express the art of managing your brain, which includes managing every thought, emotion, and movement, to create what you want in your life. It is both the ability and responsibility of an Awakened Brain. Ilchi Lee created BOS, the Brain Operating System, to express how to manage your brain well. It is comprised of 3 elements: 1. If you choose it, you can create it. If you decide to create something with unshakeable determination, you will be able to make it come true. 2. Good news makes a good brain. Think positively on the path towards realizing your creation, turning obstacles into opportunities. 3. Pay attention! Stay in the moment and pay attention, and your brain will become aware of what action you need to do for achieving your goal.
