The way you breathe reveals your level of emotional or physical well-being. Conversely, you can actually produce well-being through your breath.
The healthiest way of breathing, and the way to know yourself deeply, is abdominal breathing.
With one hand on your lower abdomen and the other on your chest, feel your abdomen expand as you inhale and relax as you exhale, while your chest remains still. As your body relaxes more and more, feel the flow of air entering and leaving your body.
